How much notice do I need to provide?

We offer same-day appointments, and we can accommodate a time and date that works best with your schedule.

I don’t have my junk organized. Do I need to worry about it?

No need to worry, Green Team will collect all your junk will leave your space nice and clean.

Do I have to pack and prepare my junk?

No need, we take care of everything for you on the spot.

Will I receive my price prior to the appointment?

Yes, unlike some of the companies, we offer free and upfront estimates over a phone or an email. Also, if you decided to throw out more items than you have planned, we will provide you with a free-on site and no-obligation quote.

Why should I use Green Junk Fellas instead of the competition?

We offer an environmentally friendly service at a lower cost than the competition. We donate items in a good condition and recycle as much as possible. When you chose Green Team, we guarantee an environmentally friendly and convenient option at the best price possible.

How can you offer lower prices than the competition?

We are a locally and family-owned business, and we do not pay franchise fees that are passed on to the customer. Our prices are on average 30-35% cheaper than our competitors.

How do you calculate your price?

Prices are based on the volume used in the truck and the location of the item for removal (curb pick-up vs. attic).

What items do you pick up?

We remove anything you can think of. If you are not sure, contact us and we will be able to confirm with you on the spot. The only exception is biohazardous waste. Currently, we do not offer biohazardous waste pick-up.

Do I have to bring my junk outside?

No need, our team will take care of everything for you.

Do you schedule appointments in the evening or during the weekend?

Yes, we offer late availability during the week, and we are open during the weekend.

Are you fully insured and licences to perform junk removal?

Yes, we fully insured and licenced.

What kind of payment for you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit, e-transfer and cash.
